I want to spin up a web-based portal that lets my team enter or upload information into a well-structured database and then view that data through a compact dashboard. The build needs four core capabilities: • Data visualization – simple, responsive tables and lists that I can filter and sort on the fly. • Data export – one-click CSV or Excel download of any table view. • User management – role-based logins so admins, editors, and viewers each see only what they should. • Attachment handling – every record may include an “attachement” field for file uploads that are stored and retrievable. You’re free to choose the stack (Laravel, Django, Node, etc.) as long as it’s secure, documented, and easy for me to maintain. A clean UI with Bootstrap or Tailwind is fine; fancy charting libraries are not required because tables and lists cover my current visualization needs. I’ll consider the job complete when I can: 1. Create user accounts with different roles. 2. Add, edit, delete, and search records, including file uploads. 3. View the live tables/lists on a dashboard and export the filtered view. 4.
