A shared admin dashboard should let me approve drivers, monitor live trips on a map, push announcements, and adjust pricing rules in real time. The engagement spans the entire lifecycle: market research to validate user flows, defining an MVP, drafting wireframes, polishing a modern UI/UX, coding native/hybrid apps plus the web interface, integrating payment gateways and mapping services, conducting rigorous QA, and finally deploying to the App Store, Google Play, and a cloud host.
