The project is a full-scale, cross-platform cricket fantasy gaming application that must run smoothly on both iOS and Android devices. I already have the feature set clearly mapped out, so the focus is on clean execution and rapid delivery within the next month. Core functionality to implement: • Live score updates pulled from a reliable cricket data API in real time • Robust fantasy team management where users draft, trade and track player performance • Dynamic leaderboards and rankings that recalculate instantly after every scoring event A modern, intuitive UI/UX is essential so users can glide from team selection to live match tracking without friction. The back end should be cloud-ready, scalable and secure, handling user authentication, scoring logic, push notifications and in-app transactions. Deliverables include: • Fully tested, store-ready iOS and Android builds • Source code with clear documentation • Admin dashboard for fixture management, scoring rules and user support • Deployment assistance to both App Store and Google Play Acceptance criteria: the app must refresh scores in under five seconds, accurately apply league rules to every fantasy roster and display real-time rank changes with zero calculation errors. Handover isn’t complete until both stores approve the app and the production servers are running without critical bug. I will encourage new freelancers to bid for this.
