Residential Architectural Design – City in Gujarat (Plot Size 105 ft × 43 ft) We’re looking for an experienced and creative architect to design the layout and conceptual plan for our upcoming residential home project in a city in Gujarat (India). Plot details: Size: 105 ft × 43 ft. The right-hand side of the plot has an existing garden with mature trees that must be retained. We want to integrate this garden beautifully into the design and enhance it through thoughtful landscaping. The home should emphasize natural light, ventilation, openness, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection. Design direction: We have two reference projects that express our vision: Visamo – NRI Bungalow, Ahmedabad (Prashant Parmar) – admired for its openness, flow, and connection to nature. Terracotta House by MODO Designs – loved for its earthy material palette and calm, grounded feel. We want a design that combines the openness and light of Visamo with the natural materiality and warmth of Terracotta House — modern yet rooted, elegant yet connected to greenery. Functional requirements: Ground Floor: Living room, one bedroom with ensuite, kitchen, and temple/pooja space. First Floor: Three bedrooms. Focus on spatial flow, garden views, and integration of natural materials. Deliverables: Concept layout and orientation plan (based on our rough sketch and site location), 2D floor plans (ground and first floor), optional 3D visuals/renders, and façade/landscape integration ideas.
