I want to build a web-based platform that mirrors the workflow of courierbilling.in / couriermitra.com so I can manage every step of my parcel life-cycle from a single dashboard. Core modules I must see in the first release: • Real-time shipment tracking with carrier-level status updates • Automated billing & invoicing tied to each airway bill • Event-driven customer notifications (SMS / email) • Bulk order import through Excel sheets • Bulk order sync plus status fetch via each courier company’s API • Custom reporting with downloadable summaries and filtered views Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Node, Django or an equivalent modern framework are all acceptable as long as the code is clean, documented and REST-friendly. Database and front-end choices are up to you, provided they scale and integrate smoothly with the carrier APIs. Acceptance criteria 1. A live, responsive web app running on my server/domain 2. End-user walkthrough video and admin credentials for UAT 3. Source code in a private Git repo with clear setup instructions 4. All listed features working reliably on at least two major Indian courier APIs (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC) 5.
