Parking & Access Design Package – Convention Center (Final) Scope: Two levels (Ground + Underground) coordinated as one system. Clarity and precision are essential. 1) Underground Level (Basement Parking) • Exactly 250 car bays laid out on the structural column grid (grid to be provided at start). • Vehicle circulation only (no pedestrian circulation required at basement level). • Two-way lanes (or logical one-way loops where appropriate) with turning radii checked for standard passenger cars. • Vehicle ramps to/from ground level, aligned to avoid clashes with columns/beams; maximum slope 1:10 unless otherwise agreed. • Structural system drawing showing slab thicknesses, beams, column setout, and key dimensions for later MEP coordination. 2) Ground Level (Surface Parking & Access) • Vehicle entry/exit points positioned for smooth flow from adjacent streets and clean connection to basement ramps. • Main drop-off loop at the primary entrance. • Separate VIP drop-off near the lobby. • Dedicated loading/servicing entrance that bypasses guest circulation. • Marked pedestrian walks guiding visitors from ground parking to lobby doors without conflicting with vehicles. File Deliverables • DWG (AutoCAD) for both levels, clean layers, clear dimensions. • PDF set for quick review. • BIM (e.g., Revit) is fine—export clean DWGs. Timeframe • Delivery within 24 hours of contract award. • Mid-day checkpoint drawing for alignment. Acceptance Criteria • Exactly 250 car bays shown and counted at the underground level. • No column/beam conflicts with drive aisles or ramps. • Ramps ≤ 1:10 slope (unless agreed otherwise). • DWG + PDF delivered on time.
