I’ve finalised the floor plan for a new marriage hall and convention centre and now need clean, construction-ready 2-D exterior elevations that capture a distinctly contemporary look. The façade must read light, open and uncluttered, so large expanses of glazing are non-negotiable. Between those windows, a sleek metal cladding system will be the only visible material, keeping the envelope quiet and refined. Any geometric expression should come solely from subtle, linear accents that emphasise the building’s horizontals and verticals—no decorative shapes, textures or busy patterning. The completed package should cover all four elevations at an appropriate architectural scale, fully annotated with levels, window dimensions, material call-outs and the position of the linear patterns. Line weights should translate crisply to both colour and monochrome prints.
