I have a consumer-facing product that is still at the pure idea-generation stage. I now need a clear, professional design that I can hand straight to a prototyping shop. Here’s what I’m after: a full 3D model—with native files and exportable STP/IGES—as well as basic dimensioned drawings and an exploded view. The design should be manufacturable with common rapid-prototyping processes, so please include a short bill of materials outlining two or three realistic material options and why you recommend them. If you spot obvious cost-saving tweaks or ergonomic improvements along the way, feel free to propose them. Preferred tools are SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar so I can keep iterating later, but I’m flexible as long as the final files open cleanly in those platforms.
