I manage a busy construction office and need a reliable pair of hands to keep everyday admin running smoothly. Your main focus will be three areas: • Data entry – updating project spreadsheets in Excel with invoices, material orders and timesheets. • Scheduling – blocking out site visits, subcontractor meetings and internal check-ins on the shared Outlook calendar so everyone is where they need to be. • Email management – organising my Outlook inbox, flagging anything urgent, drafting quick replies and filing messages into the right project folders. . Change Order Request / Invoicing . AIA Billing a plus . Material supply quoting and comparision . Subcontract Follow up as needed . Insurace document / Workmans comp Updating Everything we do sits inside Microsoft Office, so solid skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential. If you already use pivot tables, conditional formatting or mail merge, mention it; that will speed up onboarding. I will provide access to existing templates, a clear priority list each morning and a brief weekly call to review progress. In return, I expect accurate data entry, a calendar that stays up to date, and an inbox I can scan without hunting for critical items.
