I’m ready to start the full interior design of my 2-bedroom apartment and want to move methodically from concept to construction. First, I need a clear 2D furniture floor plan for the living room, both bedrooms and the kitchen. Once that layout feels right, we’ll shift to photorealistic 3D visuals so I can experience the space and tweak details. After final approval, I’ll require detailed 2D working drawings that contractors can build from. The look I’m after is modern, but not sterile—I prefer a balanced colour palette that mixes neutral foundations with strategic pops of vibrancy. Throughout the project I’ll ask for reasonable revisions at each stage until the design captures that vision perfectly. Final deliverables must include: • Approved 2D layout in DWG or similar CAD format • High-quality 3D model in SketchUp (.skp) with textures and lighting set up • Complete construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections, furniture & electrical layouts) in CAD • All native files so any future updates remain straightforward If you have strong SketchUp and CAD skills and enjoy translating modern concepts into build-ready documents, I’d love to collaborate.
