I have a freshly built 2.84 m × 2.15 m room and need to turn it into a comfortable, hard-working office for two people. The long wall (2.84 m) is dominated by a generous window. Both of us will use the space for a mix of professional tasks—video calls, spreadsheets, coding—and creative work, playstation etc. On the right wall there is going to be an AC split unit. We are thinking to install a library on the left wall. Need to think if it's better to leave it open (we have 2 toddlers) or add some glass door or something. What I need from you: • At least two clear layout concepts showing furniture placement, circulation, and how light from the window is leveraged. • Quick reference floor plans (sketch, 2D CAD, or similar), plus one visual per option (simple 3D, SketchUp, or photoreal render—whatever is fastest for you). • A concise spec list noting approximate furniture dimensions, recommended shelf/cabinet depths, and any key accessories needed to execute the plan. Please keep the design practical, cost-conscious, and easy to implement with off-the-shelf items from common retailers (IKEA, local hardware stores, etc.). Turnaround is a priority, so let me know how soon you can deliver the first concepts and we can schedule a quick call or message review right after.
