I’m expanding the reach of my software portfolio—CRM, ERP, AI/ML/DL solutions, custom web apps and related products—and I’m doing it purely on a commission basis. If you thrive on cold calling, enjoy the hunt, and close deals in the B2B tech space, we’re aligned. Here’s the arrangement: you generate and qualify your own leads, pitch whichever products from the catalogue suit the prospect’s pain points, and guide them through to signature. I supply product decks, demo access, and direct engineering support for technical questions; you supply the energy, strategy, and persistence on the phone. No base salary, no retainers—your earnings come straight from the percentage we agree to for each closed sale. Deliverables I’m measuring: • Verified sales contracts signed by the client • Basic deal sheet summarising client details, product sold, and final value • Handover of contact records so my team can onboard smoothly If you’ve already closed software deals over the phone and are comfortable managing your own pipeline, I’d like to hear how many calls you typically place, your average conversion rate, and anything specific you’ve sold that’s comparable.
