I need a Business Development Executive who can live entirely off the commissions earned from closing new industrial-training deals for our IT company. Your hunting ground is the retail sector, and the one flag you will wave is our Web Development training programme. The assignment is straightforward: track down decision-makers inside retail chains, e-commerce brands, and emerging D2C stores; spark conversations around their staff-upskilling goals; and convert those conversations into signed training agreements. While our portfolio also includes customised software projects and other coding courses, your immediate target is industrial training, so every lead you nurture must enter the pipeline with that outcome in mind. Typical wWhat We Need Done We are looking to hire a commission-based Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate quality leads and convert them into clients for our IT organization.
