We are hiring a cold email execution specialist for a highly focused B2B outreach project. The niche is defined clearly: PythonMate – SAP Attachment-Layer Engineering (SOFFCONT1, SRGPTBREL, GOS/ArchiveLink, S/4 cutover preparation). This is a serious technical niche with high-quality messaging already prepared. This is not a copywriting role. This is not a beginner-friendly role. This is an execution-only position requiring real experience. We expect you to run cold outreach using your own tools, SMTP, warmup systems, and deliverability methods. Our side of the work is already prepared and ready. What We Already Provide (Important for Experienced Freelancers) To avoid confusion: this project is not vague. You will not waste time creating strategy. Everything required for execution is ready: ICP defined Niche defined Offer messaging ready Positioning and vendor-framing ready Multiple email scripts prepared Follow-up logic completed Subjects formatted Domains available Angles and value props ready You simply execute using your tools. Your Responsibilities Setup sending domains and inboxes Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC correctly Warm up inboxes safely Maintain deliverability and avoid spam folder placement Manage 150 to 300 outbound emails per day Follow 3–4 step follow-up sequences Rotate inboxes correctly Control bounce rates below 5 percent Filter positive replies and forward to us Provide weekly performance reports Optimize timing, deliverability, and inbox rotation KPI and Payment Structure (Simple and Strict) Two KPIs determine payment. Monthly Targets: Minimum 12 positive replies per month (decision-makers only) Minimum 4 qualified calls booked per month (CTO, Founder, IT Lead, Engineering Lead) Payment Rules: If both KPIs are met: full payment If only one KPI is met: 50 percent payment If none are met: no payment Each closed client gives an additional performance bonus (5,000–20,000 INR) Monthly base: ₹3,000 to start, with performance-based increases. Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Only apply if you have: Experience running cold email campaigns for B2B Experience with Instantly, SmartLead, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools Ability to warm and manage multiple domains Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC Experience maintaining deliverability Ability to run 150–300 emails/day safely Experience with US-based B2B audiences Past campaign results A real portfolio on a verified freelancer profile If you cannot meet these, please do not apply.
