I run an online store that sits on proprietary software, and repetitive data entry is eating up far too much of the team’s time. I want to harness Anthropic’s Claude LLM to build smart bots that log in, read or receive structured input, and enter data exactly where it belongs inside the system. The automation must cover: • Product information entry — titles, specs, images, pricing, variants • Customer information entry — new sign-ups, profile edits, GDPR-compliant notes • Order-processing data entry — status updates, tracking numbers, refunds and exchanges Claude should handle the natural-language parsing, while a slim Python (or comparable) layer handles API calls, form submissions, or headless browser actions needed to work with my proprietary platform. Key requirements • Clean, well-commented code I can maintain internally • Robust error handling and logging so bad data never hits production • A brief hand-off session and documentation that explains how to retrain or tweak prompts when field names change If you have previous experience marrying LLMs with custom back-office systems, this project should feel straightforward. Let’s eliminate the manual keystrokes and keep the store data flawless.
