The client wants to approve the geometry, furniture layout, and material palette before we move on to final renders, so the model must be clean, organised by tags/layers, and easy to tweak. Scope – Model every space, with special care given to the living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen. – Apply a pastel-shade colour scheme throughout: think soft creams, dusty blues, delicate greens—nothing too bold. – Incorporate classic detailing: mouldings, panelled doors, elegant cornices and balanced furniture proportions suited to a mid-budget urban flat. Workflow & Milestones Day 1-2: Produce the first pass and share exported JPG views (top, eye-level, and key isometrics) plus the .skp file. Day 3: Address my consolidated feedback and deliver the revised, client-ready model with scenes set up for rendering (V-Ray tags and cameras are a bonus but not mandatory).
