I need two small drafting packages completed in AutoCAD from material I will supply. Ceiling plan The tenancy is roughly 400 m². From my marked-up site survey you will produce a reflected ceiling plan at medium detail, showing all service lines for lighting fixtures, HVAC systems and fire-safety equipment. One drawing sheet is enough. I expect the native DWG plus a PDF, with up to three minor revisions included. Feature screens I have a hand sketch of a set of internal dividing screens. From this, draft plan, elevation and a simple 3D view rendered with only basic shapes and colours—no photorealism required. Provide the DWG and allow one revision. Deliverables • 1-sheet RCP (DWG + PDF) • Plan, elevation and basic 3D render of screens (DWG + image/PDF) • Revision packages as noted above All work must be in clean, well-layered AutoCAD files that drop straight into my master model.
