I’m building a two-sided marketplace that lets local rental offices list their fleets and allows drivers to reserve cars in just a few taps. The project has three pillars: 1) Native Android and iOS apps 2) A web-based e-commerce store 3) A single admin/back-office that keeps inventory, pricing and bookings perfectly in sync across all channels. For the online store I’m open to the framework you feel is most robust—whether that’s a fully custom build, Shopify, WooCommerce or another stack—provided it integrates cleanly with the mobile apps. Key features I must see on day one: • Car listing with real-time availability so renters never see an already-booked vehicle. • Customer reviews and ratings tied to each car and rental office. • A secure payment gateway that handles deposits, partial payments and full settlements. I’ll supply brand assets, sample data and the rental-office contract flow; you’ll handle everything else—from UX/UI, database design and API layer through to deployment on App Store, Google Play and my hosting of choice.
