I have a fresh Capsule CRM account that needs to be molded to fit our sales and marketing process. Your primary focus will be to build out a clean, scalable data structure—mainly through custom fields and tag architecture that follows industry best practice—so my team can segment contacts effortlessly and trust the data they see. Once the structure is in place, I need Capsule talking smoothly to our external lead-generation funnel and to our email marketing platform (we currently use Mailchimp, but I’m open to your recommendations if another tool plugs in better).
