I want the number to be international if possible Caller makes the call: Welcome to Verbalink International. For Spanish press 1, Mandarin press 2, Arabic press 3, French press 4, Hindi or Urdu press 5, German press 6. Once the client has picked their option. I want the phone to say: Excellent choice! Your interpreter will join the call in just a moment. To connect you quickly, we’ll securely hold your card for a moment to reserve your interpreter — nothing will be charged right now. Client then enters card details > Please enter your sixteen digit card number, followed by the hash key > Please enter the expiration date: two digits for the month and two digits for the year, followed by the hash key > Please enter the three digit security code on the back of your card, followed by the hash key. If the bank details are correct and the £10 hold has gone through, they will be put through to an interpreter. If the card declined or payment not gone through then offer to re-enter the card details as they were invalid Give them the option to enter the details again if they entered it incorrectly by mistake aswell. Once done and confirmed "Thank you! Your authorization is confirmed. Please hold — your interpreter will join the call immediately." Once connected they will be charged per minute for speaking to the interpreter of choice I want to use HubSpot CRM just to track and audit the calls and keep a database off all the interpreters if interpreter A is busy, route to interpreter B automatically I want the calls to be recorded and timings and everything tracked including the billing I also want it to send follow up SMS to clients to say "Thank you for using VerbaLink International, we hope your session went smoothly. If you’d like another session, just give us a call at [Your Phone Number]. We’re happy to help."
