I need a desktop or web-based tool that lets me enter up to 300 URLs in one go and push them for indexing across our network of submission sites, including Google & Bing. The key workflow is simple: • I paste a list of URLs (URLs only). • For each URL I can type a short custom description manually. • With one click the software sends each URL-description pair to 250-300 predefined indexing endpoints. A clean, straightforward form is essential—no bloat, just fields for URLs and their matching descriptions, plus a status dashboard that shows whether the submission to each endpoint succeeded or failed. Because we manage our own list of indexing sites, I’ll need an easy way to add, remove or edit endpoint URLs over time. Logging of submission dates, success codes and retries is important for reporting. Deliverables I’m looking for at this stage: 1. Functional prototype with the full submission workflow. 2. Admin panel or config file that lets me maintain the endpoint list. 3. Basic usage guide and source code. Stack is flexible—use whatever language or framework you’re most comfortable with, as long as it runs reliably on a standard Windows server or Linux VPS. If you’ve built similar SEO automation tools before, let me know. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
