Key functions I have in mind are: • Group creation and management that lets me (and designated moderators) open, edit or close groups at any time. • A built-in group chat so members can post prayers, updates and words of encouragement in real time. Please make the interface clean and mobile-friendly, with an intuitive sign-up process that keeps everything open to all while still protecting us from spam or abuse. A lightweight admin dashboard where I can monitor activity and remove inappropriate content is essential. Once the site is live I will need a brief hand-off session—screen-share or recorded video is fine—showing me how to add new groups, moderate chats and back up the database. My yardstick for completion is straightforward: every visitor can land on the site, register or log in, choose a group and immediately see the group chat working.
