I need seven separate, basic sites produced for our investment group, each sharing a modern-and-clean aesthetic. The core goal is solid website design that reinforces our brand while remaining lightweight and easy to maintain. Every site must include: • A contact form that sends enquiries to our CRM or an email address I specify • A clear service-description section laid out for quick scanning on desktop and mobile * An about section. Some sites may include one or two more basic functions. We have much of the content for the sites already... At least for the first 2 websites. Please write clean, commented HTML5, CSS3 and PHP so a future developer can step in without a learning curve. Responsiveness, accessibility best-practices and fast load times are non-negotiable. I will supply logos, colour guidelines and copy; you handle layout, imagery sourcing (royalty-free) and basic on-page SEO. Once the sites are live I expect ongoing help with marketing activities—analytics setup, funnel tweaks, A/B testing, email campaign integration—so I’m keen to form a long-term relationship.
