I need a complete CAD model for a neck-guard component that will integrate with a larger body-armor system. The piece must be shaped for full cervical coverage yet remain low-profile enough to let the wearer move freely and shoulder a rifle. My chosen material is TiB2, so thickness, curvature, and joint design all have to reflect the unique properties of that ceramic-metal compound. You’ll start from a few reference photos and measurements I supply and translate them into a fully parametric 3D model ready for both ballistic simulation and CNC/press-mould manufacturing.
