1. Unified Content System (Events & Posts) Current Issue: There are two separate modules/Post Types for "Events" and "Blog Posts," forcing duplicate entries. Objective: Consolidate these into a single workflow. Merge Functionality: Allow standard Blog Posts to function as Events. Integration: Posts must be able to include event metadata (e.g., event date) so they can appear in the "Upcoming Events" and "Previous Events" sections. Unified Feed: A single piece of content should appear across the Frontpage feed, "Arrangement" page, and tagged sections ("Aktuelt fra NAF" / "Antropologi i Norge") without being created twice. Logic: The "Arrangement" page should pull posts based on an assigned event date rather than the publication date. 2. Homepage Slider Bug (Critical) Location: "Antropologi i Norge" section on the front page. Fix Interaction Bug: Clicking certain posts causes the slider to shift sideways/glitch instead of opening the link. This makes the content inaccessible. (See provided video for reference). Increase Capacity: Expand the slider to display 9 posts before the loop/cycle repeats (currently limited to 6). Note: This fix applies specifically to the Front Page slider, not the separate "nyheter-i-antronorge" page. 3. "Kontakt en antropolog" – Filtering Logic Current Issue: Clicking a tag (e.g., "avkolonisering") on a profile redirects to a generic WordPress tag archive page, breaking the custom layout. Objective: Maintain layout consistency during filtering. Redirect Behavior: Clicking a tag must redirect back to the main "Kontakt en antropolog" page. Internal Filtering: The destination page should load with that specific tag already selected/filtered. Layout Preservation: The view must remain identical to the original page layout; it should not switch to the standard WordPress archive template. Homepage Sync: Tags selected on the homepage must also lead to this filtered view on the main page.
