My studio is rolling out several residential and hospitality schemes and I want a seasoned Revit pro who can step straight into our BIM workflow. Current packages range from early concept massing to full IFC issue, so you’ll be touching files at every level of development. Core responsibilities • 3D modeling – create and update fully parametric Revit models, keeping our family library clean and organised. • Clash detection – run Navisworks (or comparable) tests, flag conflicts, and propose fixes before they become site problems. • Construction documentation – produce coordinated plans, sections, schedules and sheets ready for tender and construction release. Typical workflow I share the model via BIM 360, you pick up assigned worksets, push back updates with clear mark-ups, and log clashes and redlines in the coordination report. Turnaround is usually 24-48 hrs on urgent items; longer bursts are scheduled in advance for major milestones. Success looks like • Models that federate seamlessly with the structural and MEP files. • Zero “hard” clashes at the weekly coordination meeting. • Drawing sets that a contractor can price and build from with minimal queries.
