I’m ready to create my multi-user insurance claims solution in Microsoft Azure and need someone who can do this for me from cloud architecture through to ongoing maintenance. Scope The platform must serve three distinct roles: insurance claims managers, administrative staff, and myself as management. Secure user authentication with granular role management is therefore essential. Core workflows will revolve around end-to-end claims processing and tracking, and each completed step must trigger an automatic receipt emailed to the relevant parties. Reporting and analytics may follow later, so an extensible data model is important. Features: User Management: Individual logins for multiple insurance company managers, allowing direct access to claims data. Claim File Management: Creation of claim files with client, policyholder, insured details, accident information, and additional customizable fields. Accident Tracking & Timing: Calendar and clock functionality to monitor the preparation of expert reports from opening to completion. Automatic Calculations & Alerts: Claim amount, deductible, and compensation auto calculated, with alert notifications for process completion and invoice issuance. Archiving & Reporting: Ability to store photographic evidence, PDFs, claim reports, invoices, and reopen claims for additions or clarifications when needed. Advanced Search: Internal search by process numbers, policyholder, insured, accident type, and other relevant criteria. Word 365 Integration: Add-in to automatically populate Word templates with claim data from the system. Simple, Scalable Design: A clean website structure (Home, Login, About, Services, Contact) with room for future growth and software enhancements. An automatic system for invoices in each report. I’m open to whichever Azure services you judge best (App Service, Functions, SQL Database, etc.) as long as they satisfy the requirements above and leave room for future analytics modules. Deliverables will be considered accepted once the solution is live in my Azure subscription, all listed roles can authenticate and perform their assigned tasks, receipts fire automatically, and I have the documented handoff package in hand. If this sounds like a build you’ve done before, let’s discuss timelines and your preferred dev stack.
