I run a boutique consulting firm almost entirely inside Microsoft 365—Outlook takes care of contacts, calls, email, and my calendar, while OneDrive/SharePoint host project files. I also record every client call and can supply accurate transcripts. What I need now is an AI layer that quietly handles the repetitive pieces so I can stay focused on high-value advising. First milestone My top priority is a follow-up engine: after each call or incoming email, AI should read the transcript or message, spot promises and tasks, then automatically draft replies, reminders, or Planner tasks inside Outlook. Think of it as an entry-level consultant who never forgets an action item. Additional workflows to roll out next • Smart email triage and drafting • Calendar optimisation and conflict-free scheduling • Converting JPEG snapshots (whiteboards, receipts, business cards) into structured lists • Generating client reports and, as data grows, predictive insights on revenue, workload, or risk Technical landscape Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Graph API, Python, or similar tools that live securely inside Microsoft 365 are all welcome. The key is seamless integration and GDPR-compliant data handling.
