I have five separate house plans already drawn in AutoCAD (.dwg). I now need each one converted into a clean, well-lit 3D image that shows only the exterior with basic architectural detail—no interiors required. All textures and material references will come from me; once you receive the files, just plug in the provided finishes and make sure the colours, roof types, windows and doors match what I send. If you notice a spot where a texture is missing, flag it and I’ll supply the extra reference. The core deliverable is one high-resolution rendered image per house, suitable for client presentations and web use. Feel free to suggest the best file format for delivery; I’m flexible as long as the images arrive crisp and ready to drop into a portfolio. I’ll hand over the AutoCAD files as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer any clarifying questions right away so you can move straight into modelling and rendering.
