I’m looking for someone who can turn the images in my head into professional architectural drawings—clean, imaginative, and ready for the next stage of development. Here’s what I have in mind: the project starts with hand-drawn or tablet sketches that capture the overall form, flow, and feel of the structure. Once we’re aligned on that vision, I’ll need scaled floor plans and elevations that respect real-world proportions and basic building standards. If you’re comfortable creating 3D massing or simple renders to help me visualise volume and light, that’s a bonus, though not mandatory. I’ll share references, preferred materials, and spatial requirements as soon as we begin. Your drawings should be delivered in high-resolution PDF (and the native file—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) so I can pass them straight to an engineer when the time comes.
