I need detailed Archicad drafting support for a steady stream of Western Australian residential projects. My current workload covers single-storey, double-storey and high-end custom homes, and every job must reach full design completion. The task involves: • Building the complete model in Archicad, using my template and local WA standards. • Taking basic site information and designing a concept plan • Producing finished 3D models and polished walkthroughs that clients can explore. I will supply survey, brief and mark-ups; you return PLN files, PDF drawing sets, BIMx export and an MP4 (or similar) walkthrough for each project. Accuracy to the brief, clean layer management and adherence to NCC/BCA and R-Codes are the acceptance criteria. Experience with WA residential work is essential, and proficiency in Archicad’s native rendering or Twinmotion for the walkthroughs will speed approvals on my end. Turnaround is usually one to two weeks per house (depending on complexity), so good communication and reliable version control are critical.
