Project Title Website Maintenance & Support for Laxus Labs (Annual Contract) Project Description We are Laxus Labs, an analytical testing startup based in Hyderabad, looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to provide complete website maintenance and support services for our website on a yearly contract basis. The objective is to ensure our website remains secure, updated, fast, and fully functional at all times, while also supporting minor updates and troubleshooting when required. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following: Security and Updates Security upgrades SSL installation and management Google reCAPTCHA integration Malware scanning and issue resolution Core, plugin, and theme updates Backup and Optimization Automated weekly backups Database optimization Clearing logs and junk files Monitoring and Performance Uptime monitoring Port 80 checks and issue resolution Bug fixing and error removal Server and database troubleshooting Website Management Content and blog updates Minor design and content changes CSS fixes Add or remove images Create or update forms Ensure all inquiry forms are functioning properly Technical Support Domain and hosting management support DNS management assistance Server migration support Domain transfer assistance Third-party script integration Third-party server management Account and Access Management Email account creation FTP account creation MX record management Password management and changes IP blocking Support Support via email, call, or online communication Quick response for urgent issues Budget and Duration Budget: ₹12,000 per year Duration: 12 months (April 2026 to April 2027) Expectations Reliable and proactive support Fast turnaround time for issues Experience in website maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to handle both technical and minor content-related tasks Ideal Freelancer Experience in website maintenance (preferably WordPress) Strong knowledge of hosting, DNS, and server management Good communication and availability Interest in long-term collaboration Additional Notes This is a long-term engagement, and we are looking to build a reliable working relationship beyond a one-time project.
