I have a concept for a brand-new Android application and need it taken from blank screen to a polished release on Google Play. The core idea and feature set are defined on my side; what I need now is a developer who can translate that vision into clean, maintainable Kotlin or Java code, pair it with an intuitive Material-compliant interface, and guide me through testing and deployment.
