Core flow • Billing screen: create an invoice quickly, choose among several payment methods (cash, UPI, card, or any others you wire in), and have the sale immediately reflected in both the stock ledger and the customer’s running balance. • Stock module: every product shows current quantity and triggers an automatic restocking alert as soon as it dips below a threshold I can set per item. • Customer section: maintain each buyer’s outstanding balance, with a clear view of what they owe and the payments they have made. A simple dashboard that summarises today’s sales, low-stock items, and top owing customers will help me act fast without digging through multiple screens. Data should live locally first but sync to the cloud the moment connectivity is available so my records stay safe. Export to Excel or CSV is a must for month-end accounting. Deliverables 1.
