The app will be developed as a digital health and performance system, integrating training, nutrition, recovery, and mental performance into one seamless platform. This is not a standard fitness app. The objective is to create a scalable coaching platform where users can access structured programmes from expert Personal Trainers (PTs), track progress, and improve both physical and psychological performance—anywhere in the world. ⸻ Core Features: 1.
