The first release must cover three pillars: • Automated tenant screening – credit, background and income checks run in minutes, not days • Maintenance request management – a ticketing flow that routes issues to the right contractor, tracks status and notifies tenants automatically • Rent payment tracking – real-time dashboards, automated reminders and easy export for accounting If you have additional ideas that make managers’ and tenants’ lives easier, I’m open to hearing them. Tech is flexible as long as it scales; Python, Node, or similar stacks that let you plug in machine-learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and integrate with payment gateways and screening APIs will fit well.
