I’m launching a web platform where visitors can generate images with AI and, in the same session, turn those images into short videos. The image generator and the video creator should sit side-by-side in terms of importance and share a consistent user experience. Scope of the build I want a clean, responsive site (desktop and mobile) that links to reliable AI models—think Stable Diffusion / DALL-E for images and a lightweight video-assembly pipeline that can stitch frames, add transitions, and export in common formats (MP4, WebM). Users should be able to: • enter prompts, select from a handful of style presets, and tweak sliders for resolution or number of variations; • drop the resulting frames onto a simple timeline, choose music from a small, bundled library, and render a final clip; • download or share their creations from a personal dashboard. Feature depth I’m aiming for moderate customization with a few advanced touches such as prompt history, aspect-ratio change, and auto-captioning—not a fully bespoke studio. A React or Vue front end with a Node, Django, or FastAPI back end is fine as long as the stack you pick can scale and tap a GPU when needed. Deliverables 1. Full source code, clearly commented 2.
