We build repeatable automation frameworks for lead handling, internal workflows, and AI-assisted communication. Execution, reliability, and security are non-negotiable. Role Overview We are hiring an AI Engineer responsible for designing and building automation systems and AI workflows that will be deployed across multiple client accounts. This role focuses strictly on system architecture and execution. Client interaction and production deployment are not part of this role. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end automation workflows using tools such as Make or Zapier. Build reusable automation templates and system blueprints. Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into workflows for messaging and decision logic. Create chatbot logic and structured prompt systems. Work with CRMs such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot in demo environments. Implement API and webhook-based integrations. Debug and optimize automation logic. Deliver clear documentation for handoff and deployment. Collaborate with the deployment operator and founder for system improvements. Access & Security Policy No access to live client accounts. No access to client data, credentials, or billing systems. All work is completed in sandbox or demo environments. All deliverables must be provided as templates, exports, or documented instructions. Failure to comply with access and security requirements will result in immediate termination. Required Skills Proven experience building automation systems. Strong knowledge of Make.com or Zapier. Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar). Understanding of CRM logic and data structures. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON. Ability to build scalable, reusable systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Clear documentation and communication. Preferred Skills Basic Python or JavaScript for advanced logic. Experience with chatbot frameworks. Experience building agency-grade automation templates. Performance Expectations Systems must be reliable and reusable. Deliverables must be documented. Deadlines must be met. Logic must be scalable and clean. No production dependency on the engineer.
