I need a browser-based application that automatically builds and manages our property-cleaning rota. The flow is straightforward: • The system reads our iCal holiday calendars to detect every guest check-out. • An AI engine then proposes the optimal cleaning slot for each property, factoring in time between bookings, travel distance if helpful, and any cleaner preferences you suggest. • Inside the interface I can drag and drop those suggested cleans onto specific days and times. When a slot is confirmed the assigned cleaner gets an email (or sees it instantly in their own login view). • Each cleaner can simply tick a job as complete on their dashboard, giving us real-time status. I’m platform-agnostic on the AI layer—TensorFlow, PyTorch, or another library is fine as long as the scheduling logic is smart and fast. Typical web stacks such as React, Vue, Django, or Node are all acceptable; choose what lets you deliver a responsive UI and reliable email notifications. Deliverables: 1. Full web application with secure multi-user logins (admin, cleaner). 2. iCal import that auto-refreshes on a schedule we can set. 3.
