Acre Garden Masterplan Needed

I’m looking for a comprehensive yet practical design that will guide the evolution of my one-acre garden over several years. The overall feel I have in mind is a relaxed, English-country look—lots of trees, natural planting, and a child-friendly atmosphere—without the high-maintenance commitment that often comes with show gardens. Core priorities • Plenty of mature-feeling trees and layered planting that remain easy to care for. • A dedicated, safe play area toward the back so the children can explore freely. • Area at front (behind arched hedge in pic) will become a wild garden with trees, fruit trees/bushes and wild flowers. • Space kept in reserve for a possible vegetable garden and some modest flower or shrub beds. Because this will be tackled in stages, I need a masterplan that breaks the layout, planting, and hard-landscaping into clear phases, showing what can be installed first and how later additions will integrate seamlessly. Low-maintenance species lists, basic construction notes for the play space, and guidance on soil prep or irrigation would also be hugely helpful. Please share a brief outline of how you usually present phased garden designs (CAD, SketchUp, hand-rendered plans, etc.) and any examples of similar acre-sized projects you’ve completed.
