A single 6-foot shipping container will become the heart of a compact café on a 10 m × 10 m site. The container itself should house the service counter, storage and a small prep zone, while all customer seating is to be arranged outdoors—think shaded decking, benches or bistro tables that feel airy and social. I want the overall aesthetic to read as fresh, trendy and unmistakably modern; I’m flexible on whether that leans industrial, minimalist, or another contemporary look as long as it feels current and Instagram-ready. Careful attention to lighting, signage and finishes will be key. Timing is critical—I’d like a complete concept as soon as possible so construction can move forward without delay. Acceptance criteria • Scaled site layout showing container placement, circulation and 100 % outdoor seating plan • Interior container fit-out drawings that respect its 6 ft footprint (counter, storage, utilities) • At least two high-quality 3D visualizations rendering the chosen style and materials • Basic materials / finishes palette with notes on sourcing where practical Include any questions about local codes, utilities or structural tweaks up front so we can keep momentum.
