3D Model Creation for Construction Site

We are a construction company looking to create a physical 3D printed model of one of our completed sites. We already have all required data, including 2D construction drawings (plans, grading, details), a DroneDeploy scan (.OBJ mesh with textures), and drone photos for reference (colors, scale, layout). The task is to create a clean, accurate, and fully 3D-printable model based on this data. The model should either be rebuilt from scratch or reconstructed using the scan as reference, but the final result must be clean and suitable for 3D printing. The terrain and grading must be accurately represented, including subtle elevation changes. The scan itself is not directly usable and contains noise and distortions, so proper cleanup and reconstruction is required. The model should be simplified where needed so it reads well as a physical object, while preserving key features such as terrain, roads, buildings, water, and vegetation. The final model must support multi-color or multi-material printing, with separate parts for elements like terrain (green), water (blue), buildings (brown), and roads (gray). More color separation is preferred if it improves readability. Output should be a watertight, manifold STL or 3MF model optimized for 3D printing. The model should be split into parts if needed so it can be printed in sections (for example around 30 cm or split into multiple parts like 30+30 cm) and easily assembled after printing. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in mesh cleanup, terrain reconstruction, and preparing models for 3D printing.
