I will provide you with 2-D drawings, measurements and a few reference images; you return a fully modelled 3-D floor plan and photoreal interior renders that make the layout easy to read and every room feel ready to move into. The first task is to convert my architectural sketches into an accurate, to-scale digital model. Once the structure is in place you’ll furnish, light and texture the spaces, refining the palette and style with me after I have seen your initial mood boards—modern, traditional, eclectic or any blend is fine at this stage. I expect at least the living area, kitchen and one bedroom to be shown in detail; if the collaboration goes smoothly we can add more rooms. When the modelling is complete I will need: • A perspective 3-D floor plan that clearly shows wall positions, window and door openings and furniture placement • High-resolution still renders (JPEG or PNG) for every designed room • Either a 360° panorama or a short MP4 walkthrough for marketing use • The editable source files—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or another mainstream format—plus exported DWG/PDF for my records The visuals must stay true to scale because I’ll be ordering finishes and furniture directly from them, so accuracy is non-negotiable. Two rounds of revisions are included in the scope. If you have a strong portfolio of realistic interior renders and can meet deadlines without compromising quality, I’m ready to start immediately.
