3CX Autodialer & SIP Logic

I need a fully-automated outbound dialer built inside 3CX. The flow is simple: • The system grabs the next phone number in our CRM list and places the call through SIP Trunk A. • When the customer answers, the call is instantly bridged to whichever agent is free at that moment. • If the customer lets it ring out, the dialer waits exactly five minutes, then tries again through a second SIP trunk so the caller-ID is different. • A maximum of one voicemail is left during this process and it must include only our company name and a call-back number—no extra wording. Key requirements – Runs natively in 3CX (v20) using Call Flow Designer or a comparable method you recommend. – Automatic agent assignment based on live availability; no call should reach voicemail if an agent is free. – Configurable retry timer (default 5 min) and alternate-trunk logic. – Single, reusable voicemail audio file triggered only when the “no answer” condition is met. – Clean reporting: attempt count, success/bridge status, and trunk used. Deliverable A complete CFD project or equivalent 3CX import plus a brief setup guide so I can adjust timings, trunk IDs, and voicemail audio myself. I’ll supply SIP credentials and the recording; you provide the tested workflow. If you have previously deployed predictive or progressive dialers inside 3CX, that’s a bonus—please note it in your bid.
