The brief covers both the outside and the inside of the house: • External focus: striking perspectives of the front yard and entrance plus a welcoming backyard and patio scene, all with finished landscaping and realistic lighting. • Internal focus: polished renders of the main living areas, every bedroom, the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as accurate elevation views so buyers can grasp the overall flow. Static stills in print resolution are essential, but I’d also like a short camera walkthrough (MP4 or similar) that stitches the key spaces together—something I can drop straight into real-estate listings. Files should be delivered in a format that lets me adjust minor colour tweaks later (e.g., layered PSD or native 3-D file alongside flattened PNG/JPEG). Turnaround is important: first draft within a week, final pass the week after once I supply feedback.
