I have a project that requires both clear 2-dimensional drawings and realistic 3-dimensional visualizations. At this stage I am open on the exact building type and design phase, so I will share the site details, reference images, and any existing sketches once we start. Files should be handed over in DWG/PDF for the 2D work and the native format plus exported OBJ/FBX for the 3D model. Renders in PNG/JPG at print resolution. All work must be layered and organised so later revisions are straightforward.
