Scope of work • Design & layout – modernize the overall look so charts, tables and text are readable on desktop and mobile, aligning with our brand colours and typography. • Content & information – reorganize existing trade-statistics content, create a clearer hierarchy, and ensure that monthly updates can be added quickly from the admin panel. • Functionality & features – implement dynamic filters or tabs for year/month selection, add responsive data-visualisation components (e.g., Chart.js, Elementor charts or Gutenberg blocks), and optimise load speed without sacrificing detail. Acceptance criteria 1. Page passes Google Lighthouse scores of 90+ on performance and accessibility. 2. All historical statistics migrate accurately and new entries can be added by a non-technical staff member. 3. Final layout renders flawlessly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and mobile browsers. 4. No core, theme or plugin files are edited directly; please rely on a child theme or custom plugin.
