I’m launching a small-scale real-estate development and need a clean, modern WordPress site that also showcases photorealistic 3D visuals of the homes—inside and out. Scope of work • Build a WordPress installation with a modern, minimalist look. I only need two public pages for now: a scrolling Home page that tells the story of the development and a simple Contact page with an enquiry form. • Integrate an image / video gallery so prospects can browse the renders easily. • Produce all 3D visualisations: exterior street views, aerial placement on the land, plus key interior rooms. Stills are essential; short walkthrough clips would be a bonus if your workflow allows. What I will supply – High-resolution land photos – The land layout showing house placement – Architectural drawings for exterior and interior – My colour palette and material choices – Any other data you need from the project files What I’d like back 1. Up to five exterior and five interior renders in 4K JPEG/PNG plus their native source files (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp or similar). 2. WordPress site files (theme, child theme if used, plugins) ready to migrate to my host. 3. A brief hand-off note explaining how to swap images and update text so my team can maintain the site.
