Scope • Three types of forms—contact inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, and landing-page opt-ins—already live on WordPress must post data straight into GoHighLevel. • Incoming data has to map to the correct pipeline, custom fields, and tags so email sequences can fire without manual sorting. • Email marketing automation in GoHighLevel must send the full stack of welcome emails, follow-up sequences, and scheduled promotional campaigns as soon as the corresponding trigger fires. Technical notes – I’m open to native GHL WordPress plugin, Webhooks, Zapier, or a light custom PHP snippet as long as it is reliable and easy to maintain. – No duplicate contacts, no loss of UTM parameters; GDPR compliance needs to stay intact. Deliverables 1. Working integration for all three form types, fully tested. 2. Demonstration of automated welcome, follow-up, and promo emails sending in GoHighLevel. 3. A short how-to doc so I can edit or add future forms without breaking the flow. I’ll supply admin access to both platforms and expect the completed integration ready for live traffic.
