Our existing WordPress site needs a full-featured online shop so we can start shipping our physical products directly to customers. I’ve got content, images, and a growing catalogue ready; what’s missing is the technical build-out and fine-tuning that turns the site into a smooth buying experience. Here’s what I’m aiming for: • Configure the best-fit ecommerce plugin—WooCommerce is the obvious choice, but I’m open if you have a stronger recommendation—and link it cleanly with our current theme. • Create product templates and import the initial batch so that adding new SKUs later is a breeze. • Set up three payment options—Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer—making sure checkout stays PCI-compliant and friction-free. • Implement inventory controls, tax rules, and shipping zones (flat rate to start, with room to expand). • Optimise page speed, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO so our catalogue is search-friendly from day one. • Provide a short hand-off guide or screenshare walk-through so my internal team can manage day-to-day updates without extra help. Deliverables will be accepted once all payments process successfully in a sandbox and at least five sample products show live from browse to confirmation email. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get the store open.
